SECURITY DEPOSIT

No Deposit = No Appointment

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will go towards the total service cost. For services under $100, please send a 50% deposit. For services over $100, please send a $50 deposit.*


The remaining amount can be paid in cash (preferred) or e-transfer on the day of your appointment.

*Prepaid packages/session do not require a security deposit

NEED TO CANCEL?

What You Need to Know

We know that life gets in the way sometimes. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments.


If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better time for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will lose your security deposit and a new deposit will be required to book again.

No shows/cancellations with less than 2 hours notice will have to pay a $25 cancellation fee*, in addition to losing the security deposit.

GOING TO BE LATE?

Inform Us in Advance

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please let us know as soon as possible.


If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled as we may not be able to complete the full service you booked. If we are able to keep your appointment, you will be subject to a $10 late fee*.

SHAVING POLICY

At Dream Aesthetics, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. For laser hair removal, it is important that you arrive to your appointment shaved, with no hair or stubble on the treatment area. 


Please shave 12-24 hours before your appointment. In areas where your hair grows fast, please shave on the day of your appointment. If shaving is required, a $5-15 service fee will be added at checkout.*

If you do not have any assistance at home for hard to reach areas, please let us know ahead of time. You may also be required to bring your own razor for areas with thick hair.

*Hard to reach areas/few missed hairs are exempt

FEELING UNWELL?

Reschedule When You're Feeling Better

We love all of our clients at Dream Aesthetics and we want to make sure everyone feels safe in our home-based studio. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors feels comfortable and healthy.

Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment if you are are sick, feeling unwell or experiencing new/worsening cold/flu like symptoms (eg. fever/chills, cough, sore throat, runny nose, sneeze, muscle/body aches, nausea/vomiting, headache, fatigue, etc).

MASK POLICY

No Mask = No Service

Here at Dream Aesthetics, we take everyone's health into consideration. Despite the mask mandate ending in CERTAIN settings in Ontario, COVID-19 continues to spread, infecting most that become exposed to the virus. Due to this reason, our mask policy will remain in place and you WILL be required to wear a surgical mask upon arrival/departure and during your treatment. Masks can only be removed for treatment of the face.
